New merchants and those not currently accepting American Express can qualify for the American Express OnePoint Program.  It allows merchants to receive one simplified statement, receive funding for Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express at one time, and have one contact for customer support.

There are two pricing options available to merchants who sign up for American Express Card acceptance:

1. Monthly Flat Fee
2. Standard Discount Rate

Monthly Flat Fee:  A flat monthly fee of $5.95 is offered only to those merchants with an estimated American Express annual volume of less than $4,999.  Pricing is automatically adjusted to the Standard Discount Rate if the volume exceeds $4,999 in any consecutive 12 month period.

Standard Discount Fee:  The Standard Discount Rate is based on industry type and Average Charge Size.
