The Patient Payment Estimator solution is a seamless, automated solution that delivers an estimate of a patient's responsibility.  This solution delivers the patient's responsibility for co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles, specific to the services you provide and your contract with the patient's health plan.  It also allows you to properly establish expectations with a patient and increase payment certainty for self-pay dollars.  Use it during scheduling, registration or at the point of service.  The Patient Payment Estimator works for professional and institutional encounters.

Use in conjunction with Automated Payment's solution to automatically receive a direct deposit of the patient's responsible portion of a claim upon adjudication for deductibles, co-pays and self-pays to increase collections  and significantly reduce costs to collect.

 


Patient Statements

Patient StatementsImprove Patient Communication and Completely streamline your patient statement printing, fulfillment and mailing.

Print, fulfill, and mail monthly statements directly to the patient. In addition, while meeting all HIPAA requirements, patients can view their statements on-line. This solutions supports nearly any billing system data file format and the statement can include a credit card payment stub.  Address standardization and correction services including updated move forwarding addresses.  Image and index information available on-line.

Patient Statements are available as a stand alone product or as part of the Patient Payment Portal with eStatements viewable on-line.

Post Back to Practice Management System

After processing patient and payer payments, user's can automatically update the payment information to the patient accounting system or eligibility to the Practice Management System.
